The opportunity
The Iberian veterinary services market was fragmenting rapidly, with growing demand for high-quality specialty care. Nuzoa had a strong reputation among referring vets and an opportunity to consolidate the specialist segment.
What we did
We supported a buy-and-build strategy across Spain and Portugal, completing more than ten add-on acquisitions, while investing in clinical excellence, training and centralised back-office.
Outcome
Exited in 2022 to an international consolidator.
