Figueras is a globally recognised brand in auditorium and stadium seating, the kind of business that has equipped landmark venues from Carnegie Hall to the Bolshoi. The opportunity was to professionalise operations and accelerate its expansion in Asia and the Middle East.
What we did
We supported a refresh of the senior management team, invested in lean manufacturing, and built a structured international sales effort targeting flagship projects in growth markets.
Outcome
Exited in 2018 with a structurally improved EBITDA margin and a clear international footprint.
